DCAS Asset Baseline Review

Every aircraft entering management begins with a structured baseline review that establishes what the client owns, the current condition of the asset, the supporting records, and the key technical and contractual exposures.

  • Aircraft identity, registration, serial number, type, configuration, engines, APU, landing gear, and major serialized components.
  • Current maintenance status, hard-time items, life-limited parts, AD/SB status, major checks, and forecast maintenance events.
  • Engine and APU status, LLP exposure, shop-visit history, upcoming maintenance, and available supporting records.
  • Records completeness, traceability, missing documentation, damage/repair history, modification records, and configuration support.
  • Lease delivery and return conditions, utilization limits, maintenance obligations, inspection requirements, and records obligations where applicable.
  • Initial technical-risk register and prioritized action plan.

A Scalable Asset-Management Platform

As the portfolio grows, DCAS can expand the management platform to include lease abstracting, maintenance-reserve monitoring, contract milestone tracking, certificate and insurance surveillance, transaction support, and client portal access. These are introduced only when operating procedures, controls, and responsible personnel are in place.
